Real time management of check in counter allocation:

• Changes in check-in counters due to delays, unavailability, malfunctions of Centralized Infrastructure or special requests
• Be constantly aware of the current traffic situation, passenger loads and handling progress.
• Monitor and react to changes in flight timings, aircraft changes by adjusting the resource allocation real-time.

Resource allocation planning/preparation:

• Planning of stand, gates, aircraft ground handling, servicing etc. on more accurate basis
• Increased efficiency of the turn-around process, including reduction in full-burn, optimization of gate-allocations and efficient use of resources.
• Participation in Airport CDM – Collaborative Decision Making process by using AvioLog Data, from Parking Stand assignment, Taxi Time, to Return To Stand,  REA Ready and other messages.

Data Control/Management:

• Coordinate/notify the Airlines / ground handler, and other relevant agencies on flight changes in flight movement or details on canceled, diverted, ad-hoc flights or rerouted flights.
• Coordinate with concerned authorities in case of full emergency, local stand by, and other accidents/incidents as per rules and regulations.

Aviolog provides Application Programming Interface – APIs for different direct data input into current systems. With this option, each airport operator can choose which data they want and on which legacy, already used platform. It is certainly not an easy task to switch from one platform to another, and sometimes there is no need due to the depth of existing systems, usage benefits etc. Our system allows APIs to add the missing puzzle to your existing platforms, as long as your current system providers allow APIs and can merge them onto their platforms.
