In 2021-2022, Aviolog have made extensive field trials in 5 countries. Next steps are to mass the presence of our Aviolog devices around the globe. By Q3/2022 we plan to cover around 50% of European air traffic, Mediterranean and Middle East airports.
If you are interested to become a feeder of Aviolog platform and help us to increase ADS-B and ACARS coverage in your area, you can simply apply to purchase our Aviolog receiver and enjoy all the benefits of Aviolog platform. Once you received your Aviolog device you just need to plug in your device and start sharing the data with us.
Aviolog device is a high-quality receiver with a single built antenna suitable for office or outside installation. It’s built on Mode-S technology specially developed for the receiving and decoding ADS-B and ACARS messages coming out of an aircraft. The unit has been EMC tested and approved by certified laboratory so it can be hosted on the public places such as airports.
The Aviolog kit consists of:
1. Aviolog device (indoor use only!).
2. Power adapter – AC power input 100-240 V AC 50/60Hz, +5.1V DC output.
3. Airband antenna (indoor/outdoor use) and antenna mounting kit.
4. Coax cable (indoor/outdoor use, L = 5m, N-type connectors).
5. Wi-Fi antenna (already attached to the AVIOLOG device, 50mm length).

Installation instructions
STEP 1: Find a permanent location of your Aviolog device that will maximize the reception of messages but also allow stable, non-interrupted Wi-Fi connectivity. Aviolog device is intended for indoor use only. Connect the small Wi-Fi antenna to the device vertically up. To improve Internet link, orient the side of the Wi-Fi antenna toward your Wi-Fi router.
STEP 2: Install the Airband antenna outdoors. Try to find place with as much of a sky view in all directions as possible, ideally without any obstacles when looking toward the nearest airport or regular flight routes. Airband antenna may be also attached directly to Aviolog device. Use this option only if you cannot place Airband antenna outdoors. Indoor Airband antenna installation significantly reduces quality of signal reception.
STEP 3: It is recommended to use Coaxial cable and antenna mounting kit to install your Airband antenna outdoors, so for outdoor installing connect Aviolog device with the Airband antenna using the Coax cable.
STEP 4: Power-up the device connecting the Power adapter with micro-USB connector to the Aviolog device. After connecting, the small green LED below the micro-USB connector should be on.
STEP 5: Connect your Aviolog device to the internet via Wi-Fi network. In this purpose you will need your smartphone (Android/iOS) or a computer with a Wi-Fi to help device fetch your Wi-Fi router connection. For detailed explanation please read the Installation manual clicking on the below button.
Get benefits for feeding commercial aviation data!
All feeders play a significant role in the safety of the air traffic, as our policy is that each civil aviation authority around the globe should have full historical access to true data in their area of jurisdiction.
We are the only flight tracking platform that offers the possibility of getting the digital currency incentives for installing the device and feeding data to the Aviolog system. All feeders are entitled to certain token benefits depending on feed status! When a feeder has installed the device at his premises, he is eligible to earn from the data he fed to the system! The more confirmed data a feeder submits to the system, the more the benefit.
We provide you full access to the flight monitoring platform which is otherwise limited to certain information alone! Get the most accurate information on flights without advertisements, with aircraft details, weather information and layers, METAR data, airport data, delays and cancellations, additional prolonged period of 2 years flight playbacks, and much much more.

Operations Center of an airport may consider using our real time information to channel resources in the best possible way. Our system covering location messages together with ACARS messages will be allowing in Airport management module following:
Real time resource management:
Real time management of aircraft stand / Gate allocation
Changes in stands / gates due to delays, unavailability, rotation changes, malfunctions or special Airline requests
Monitor tarmac movements when transponder is on
Monitor airlines moves and patterns analytics
Analyze capacities, passenger flows, cargo flow etc in real time
Analyze and benchmark airport operations
Analyze and improve ground handling operations
Use our tools as your marketing analytical support in attracting more airlines, tour operators, shops etc to your airport
Towing requirements
Delay report from Aviolog platform
Real time management of check in counter allocation:
Changes in check-in counters due to delays, unavailability, malfunctions of Centralized Infrastructure or special requests
Be constantly aware of the current traffic situation, passenger loads and handling progress.
Monitor and react to changes in flight timings, aircraft changes by adjusting the resource allocation real-time.
Resource allocation planning/preparation:
Planning of stand, gates, aircraft ground handling, servicing etc. on more accurate basis
Increased efficiency of the turn-around process, including reduction in full-burn, optimization of gate-allocations and efficient use of resources.
Participation in Airport CDM – Collaborative Decision Making process by using AvioLog Data, from Parking Stand assignment, Taxi Time, to Return To Stand, REA Ready and other messages.
A-CDM Map
Data Control/Management:
Coordinate/notify the Airlines / ground handler, and other relevant agencies on flight changes in flight movement or details on canceled, diverted, ad-hoc flights or rerouted flights.
Coordinate with concerned authorities in case of full emergency, local stand by, and other accidents/incidents as per rules and regulations.
Aviolog provides Application Programming Interface – APIs for different direct data input into current systems. With this option, each airport operator can choose which data they want and on which legacy, already used platform. It is certainly not an easy task to switch from one platform to another, and sometimes there is no need due to the depth of existing systems, usage benefits etc. Our system allows APIs to add the missing puzzle to your existing platforms, as long as your current system providers allow APIs and can merge them onto their platforms.
